Local power for the Omnitrax owned Fulton County Railway rest while awaiting their next assighnment in Fulco Yard along with what little accumulation is left from the winter mix that has past though. The property which was part of CSXT's Manchester Sub Division is on long term lease to Omnitrax which uses this GP38-2 and SW14 along with two SW1500s which prior to their assighnment here worked for CP.
